Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking
Your selected apartment will be reserved once we have received one nights deposit to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. The deposit is equal to one night's stay for bookings less than a week, or £100 for weekly bookings.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash cheque credit or debit cards. Please note we reserve the right to charge 2.5% fee on credit cards. The balance of your stay should be paid at least one month before your arrival. If bookings are within a month of the arrival date, the full payment will be required on booking.
Arrival and Departure
Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellations,Refunds and Terminations
Where an apartment cannot be let due to circumstances beyond our control, we will give a full refund. If you should need to cancel a booking, cancellations made one month or more prior to arrival will be refunded, minus an administration charge of the deposit. Cancellations made under one month before arrival will be liable for the full amount due. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without a refund, should guests be abusive/violent or damage property.We strongly advise all guests to take out travel insurance.
Smoking
We are a strictly non-smoking establishment and reserve the right to terminate a stay if this is broken. Please note, failure to comply with our non-smoking policy will result in being charged for the full stay plus an additional £50 cleaning fee.
Damage and Accidents
Damage and accidents happen and we would not normally charge for minor breakages, however we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred.
Liability
We do not accept liability for any loss damage or injury to either persons or posessions, unless proven to be a negligent act on our part.
We reserve the right change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
